In creating this Second Consultation Paper PPL has taken into account the responses provided to the First Consultation Paper plus additional economic research carried out by FTI on behalf of PPL.

If the tariff is relevant to some or all parts of your business PPL is keen for you to provide your views as a music user on proposals to amend PPL's SFE Tariff. A link to a response form is therefore provided below and it can also be downloaded here.

Whilst the official deadline of 14 October 2011 for responses to the consultation has now passed, if you have not yet responded you may still do so. We will take account of all responses received through to the end of 2011. Responses can be provided by hard copy to the address on the response form or emailed to sfereview@ppluk.com.
