  • Helpdesk Administrator
    Closing Date: 10 AM on 18 May 2012
    Department: IT Service Desk
    The Helpdesk Administrator will provide 1st line IT Helpdesk support in order to provide an excellent customer service to the business, whilst consistently achieving objectives and deadlines. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure all work coming into the Services team is recorded and assigned to the relevant and correct IT staff member.
  • Collections Support Coordinator

    Department: Public Performance
    To act as the main point of contact for both internal and external collections teams, effectively supporting the end to end collections process by providing an efficient and customer focused service for accounts that have fallen overdue.
  • Coordinator (Inbound)
    Closing Date: 5 PM on 21 May 2012
    Department: Public Performance
    To provide an efficient customer focused service over the telephone, resolving enquiries and processing payments in order to contribute to the achievement of departmental budget. Task resolution is integral to the role. Incoming post and queries sit under this role.
